Crook Log Pharmacy

The Crook Log Pharmacy has to be one of the worst of the lot. They leave their phone off the hook so noone can get through. They promise your prescription will be ready at a certain time but when you go in to pick it up it's not ready, or the items are not in stock, even though they tell you they've ordered the items you need. This Chemist is basically a complete shambles. I strongly advise you get your prescriptions somewhere else.

I have used this chemist and their Bourne Rd to be for over 30 years. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I cannot thank them enough, for always finding the time to help me out, whether it’s arranging my prescriptions, getting them to me if I’m really stuck, to helping out with medical concerns for myself or my children. And they STILL-managed to do all this through the pandemic. And I had to listen to the unwarranted comments to the staff from customers that were getting fed up with waiting, all because they refuse to make any customer feel rushed! They all work so, so hard, yet always have a smile and willing to give you all their time. They are completely undervalued. You deserve this 5 * review! Caroline x

I have used the crook log chemist for many years. They have always been helpful. They always go above and beyond to help you. I went in yesterday to pick up my prescription and asked about the flu vaccine and they did it there and then for me it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t even know that he had done it very pleased. So if you are due your vaccine or have any questions please pop in and talk to them.

Took my mum here for her flu jab she was very pleased as very polite staff and she didn't feel a thing, thank you

I had the flu jab done yesterday by Farad (Ferrari) and I usually absolutely hate needles I always feel them and it always hurts. Well yesterday was the first time ever that it didn't hurt, not only that but I actually had to ask if he had finished! Honestly amazed! Will definitely get it done there next year! Thank you very much!

Continously receive horrendous service from this Chemist, from giving me my tablets in a previously opened bag with another patients details to having to always chase my repeat prescriptions, it always takes at least 3 visits to get my pills, eventually given up now and moved to Boots, this mornings debacle after waiting over 3 weeks for my prescription to be requested, prompted a quip from the chemist that the reason it isn't ready until at least 3 visits was because they like to see me!!! In their defence the did give me an emergency sleeve of tablets, but this shouldn't happen time and time again.
