I've just been in the pharmacy to buy something for my newborn baby . I would like to say massive thank you to Nicola . She was very helpful .

Today my surgery really. Let me down. I spent 4 hrs asking for presciption plus 3 working days and caring person was asda pharmacy Assistant . I was so overwhelmed by her care . Bless her. . It's 8th aug. .

After my experience today, this place is poor! 4 people working behind the counter and not a single one serving customers! The wait was about 45 minutes while 1 of them disappeared seeing there was a queue. Also I piped up saying there was a queue and one of them was extremely rude and said “back off I’m busy” mate, all I wanted was a bit of service to collect my prescription. Not wait around for ages when there’s so many elderly people waiting too!

Wow had to queue for over 1 hour, after work today to collect a prescription. There were only two people in the pharmacy when I came in. Asda, would you please put more people in this department. I've been in twice before this week, but the line was too long for my 1/2 hour lunch break. 14 October 2020. 4.30pm onwards......

Rude behind that pharmacy the next person to be rude to me will get the sack as I will speak to the manager again! Some people shouldn’t have jobs and never pick up the bloody phone either! Toss pots
