Fantastic helpful staff. Quick heads up, if visiting on a Saturday, be aware that google maps states they close at 4pm, the NHS website states 5pm, where in fact it's actually 1pm!

I've been using this chemist for over 5 years. It used to be very good at customer care. Over the last year, staff have changed a lot, seems as the management has changed too, couple of times I've gone to the chemist and it was closed on extended lunch break. I used to get a text when online prescription order was ready, not any more. I have raised the matter with staff, but every time I've been told the manager is not in. They don't take customer care serious, they say sorry but don't feel as they mean it. Feel sad as we had a good local chemist, but not any more.

I don't know what I would do without the exceptional staff at this chemist. Taking care of my grandma's regular and new medications is certainly not easy but the staff here make it as smooth as possible. They deliver on time each month and do their best to get last minute prescriptions out to us by delivery the same day. They are patient when I ring up with queries, they are empathetic and do their best to help. They also contact me to make sure we get everything we need.

We will be leaving this chemist soon as we are moving house but just wanted to give Zuby (apologies if I spelt her name wrong) a shout out for her excellent customer service in recent weeks she has gone above and beyond to help with prescriptions from my crummy drs surgery.
