Primary Care Pharmacy

Very slow service they are too busy with talking to each other more so than serving customers! And there seems to be only one pharmacist has to hand them out to customers. And he was busy talking to other people more so than to serve people who have been queuing for ages. I think he's the owner/manager. All in all from my experience they don't seem to have any sense of urgency and as if they think their customers have all the time in world to wait around for them. Very poor service.

I’ve been using this pharmacy now for quite a few years having had issues with getting my prescription from a couple of other pharmacists in Nuneaton. I’ve always found them friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain things if needed. They treat you as a person not a number waiting in a queue.

A small, busy, friendly pharmacy. I've been using the services here for years. I've never found them to be anything other than 5*. You get busy times where you may have to wait a little longer - so what? Is your time really THAT precious?

I use this chemist and once I got used to the parking system, I love the fact that they have everything you need. The people are kind, helpful and understanding and always available for explaining things I don’t understand. The place is well stocked, clean and covid sensitive. I would highly recommend this chemist.

Most people who go into a chemist are not 100% well. In the midst of a very vicious pandemic.WHY WERNT THE STAFF WEARING MASKS?? It was very unnerving to encounter. Disgusted with some of the staff

My previous chemist was full of staff that had an attitude so even though I live in Stockingford and round the corner from that particular chemist, I rather go to these guys near town. Always friendly and answer your questions. Yes, they may go at their own pace and you may be waiting a lot longer for your prescription but with the customer service, it is worth the wait. I was with Primary Care before lockdown and they were equally great then as well. I moved chemists for convenience but turns out I prefer nice, friendly laid-back staff more 😁

They are hopless no help whats so ever

Frankly piramary care pharmacy used to be 2nd in the area unfortunately the service provided these days I've found to v poor ! When the pharmacy owner and head pharmist tells you that medications script of 7 items is read , only to be in receipt of 4
