Well Kingsbury - Church Lane

Lazy staff can’t be bothered with customers. It’s my second time here and last. Both times there, loads of staff but no one can be bothered serving, fist time I walked out after 10mins of waiting, with no queue in front of me. This time I waited 10mins to be told I would have to wait 1 hour for prescription, which was a box of tablets on the shelf, again with no queue. Went to Waterloo rd and got tablets within 5mins with a queue. What a joke!

Very Good, sometimes busy.
I changed over to this Pharmacy, after having a problem every month with a repeat prescription at Wells at Langdale Rd Shops! Here, I find the regular staff are friendly, approachable and very helpful. Yes there have been problems with supply of certain items but as a Health Care Worker, I understand these are issues with the manufacturers and largely unavoidable. If you treat the staff with respect you will have no problems!!

Very helpful staff and the store was very well layed out and clean.

I would give it 0 if it would let me, service is absolutely shocking. Medication not ordered, causing to go with out on vital meds.

Disgusting customer service. Had my mum wait 30 minutes after arguing with her in front of the whole store that her prescription wasn't there when the whole time it, (surprise to no one), WAS there. These people need retrained to proper standards or fired and replaced with people who actually care about vulnerable members of the public. What a joke.

The staff are absolutely disgraceful and uncaring people. They do not respect their customers and insist prescriptions aren't there when they are. What's with the lack of uniform too? It's completely unprofessional to run around in tracksuits acting like yobs disrespecting customers. Why hire people like this?

Went in with a prescription which had a few items on asked if they had them before handing over the prescription just to be answered I dunno so asked if they could check which the staff member just replied dunno again so just left useless place

This pharmacy just gets worse and worse. A scribbled note on the shutters today saying no pharmacist UFN accompanied by a smiley face. Rang my GP about my prescription and was told can go to any other pharmacy and have it printed off ‘the spine’. Should this important message and a ‘Sorry’ not have been put in the notice!!
