Elmers Pharmacy + Travel Clinic

Very friendly and very helpful people. Unfortunately the skin care products (from Health Aid brand: Vitamin E and Cocoa butter cream) that I bought for my stepdad were off. The smell is sour and the consistency curdle. I gave it as a Christmas gift ... It was quite embarrassing when my stepdad opened the tubes and smelled it.

I would expect for all the expiry dates to be checked especially because it's pharmacy.... It's a bit disappointing...

This pharmacy has always provided excellent service but particularly at this difficult time. Thank you!

Prescription always ready to pick up as soon as GP send it to this pharmacy. Never been out of stock so far. Great service. Wish it closed a little later (selfishly)

Since the takeover with new staff it’s now awful, pharmacist slow and the woman at the counter so rude to customers , shouting at them, tutting and rolling her eyes !!!
I Have now left and joined another pharmacy who told me that since the take over, lots of people have left Elmer’s pharmacy and gone to new ones.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I now have my prescriptions delivered here.
