Very helpful staff and always have my medication ready when I have to pick it up
And pharmacist is very easy to talk to about anything that is on your mind about your health

I went to collect an Amazon delivery from the "Doodle" counter like I have done several times before, except this time I was consistently ignored by by a member of staff called "Lini" who was working in the tobacco counter. She had a few customers in front of her, and I waited patiently for them to be served . As the last person was being served another would go up to the tobacco counter. This happened several times without any acknowledgement from Lini.
I then went up to the tobacco counter and asked her why I am being ignored, and she said I was queuing up in the wrong place. This is not the first time I have collected items from this site, so when did this change?

The instructions I have from Amazon is to go to the "Doodle Counter", no mention of the tobacco counter. Lini's attitude was awful. She clearly saw me waiting, and did not request me to join the line she was serving. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! One bad apple has tainted the rest of the staff.

The slowest pharmacy on the planet was told to wait or come back after half hour. I came back after 50 mims and prescription still not ready told to wait for another 10/15 mins. If it were urgent you prob die before ypu get your meds. Will bot be using EVER again

I’ve been using the pharmacy a few years now as I’m on a repeat prescription. I find the staff very helpful.

Doing a great job under extremely difficult circumstances. The pharmacist and long term staff are great, the newer staff need to say they don’t know but will find out rather than lie their way through.

Gave in a prescription for medication on the Wednesday and was told by the assistant to call for it on the following Monday. I agreed to this and then inquired about getting the flu jab for the over sixties. The assistant said that the flu jabs were not being dispensed until the following Monday, the same day that I was advised to pick up my medication. The assistant told me to call to the pharmacy at 11am to receive both the flu jab and also collect my medication.

When I called to the pharmacy at 11am on the Monday I spoke to a different member of staff who said that there were no flu jabs available and that she didn't know when the pharmacy would receive new stock. She also told me that the pharmacy had 'run out' of the flu jab over the weekend as there was such a rush to get it. This contradicted what the previous assistant had said who clearly told that the flu vaccine was not being given out until the Monday as that was the day that the whole flu vaccine program was starting. Who is actually telling me the truth and who is making up some random answer?

This same assistant then advised me to take a leaflet called 'Our Services' and use the telephone number on it to keep phoning the pharmacy in the coming week to see when new stocks of the flu vaccine might come in.

It appears that the pharmacy staff at Morrisons can give customers any answer they like from the top of their heads. There appears to be no training whatsoever for the staff or updating them on what's available, so the staff appear to offer such random answers on a whim.

I was under the impression that I would receive my flu vaccination on this day and at the agreed time of 11am. I had changed various things in my timetable for that day to make sure that I was there at the given time for the flu jab.

A very disappointing experience all round and the pharmacy staff can give any random answer they feel like.
