Great customer service and friendly staff.

I've been using this shop for a few years since moving to the area and it is closest to my GP.

Usually my doctor's surgery sends over the prescription fairly quickly so I can collect it without much of a wait.

During 2020 the number of customers was limited to two and now three at any one time with yellow tape clearly marking where you can and cannot stand.

Absolutely appalling. Their phone is constantly engaged' - this is a recorded message that you receive whenever you call.

EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail I pick up my prescription something is missing, or they don't pack it.

I changed from Boots who were poor, but these are dire.

Sorry - if I could give a negative star rating, I would.

This one star is more than I would give this shop their customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across staff have no idea how to treat people are a disgrace to the NHS which they are ment to support

Very good service, my repeats are always correct and ready on time .
The staff are excellent. I used to use another local pharmacy (Lloyds) but they were terrible..staying with knights now.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially the young Asian Lady at the front. Definitely will be coming back :)

A little slow sometimes but depends when you go. Always get my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy and only ever not had stock once or twice and only had a mix up once. :)

Rude, opinionated staff. Who like to discriminate their customers in public.
One star is for the only member of staff who showed reasoning. I just hope she has followed procedure and issued the staff member with a ‘warning’
It is incompetent to judge and say allowed a personal opinion in front of a queue of customers.
It has been noted for any future reoccurrences.

Terrible service here. I’ve seen slugs move with more urgency than the staff here
