Britannia Pharmacy

Very very difficult people to even talk to. They don't have a lot of variety of skin care items. Pharmacist doesn't know how to read the name of medicine. Sheer joke.

My mother’s medication on the auto-request at this pharmacy is always late. Today was no exception and I rang to chase them up. The woman over the phone firstly told me the medication wasn’t due and so it hadn’t be requested, (laughing and mocking me at the same time), after I did the count for her, she told me it had been requested but the surgery hadn’t sent them the prescription. I asked her for the date it was requested but she couldn’t tell me the date, at that point I knew she was lying and so I hung up. I should have changed our pharmacy a long time ago.

Their pharmacy section is one of the worst from among the many I've been to. Repeat prescription ordered through them and they will not have stock of it. They will always say "I have this medication but not the other" . They will make you wait a day or two before they give you. The worst thing about this pharmacy is that they will not call or text you when the items are ready. You have to nagg them constantly until they say, "yes, it's ready now. You can come and collect your prescription". One of the worst customer service. Don't get me wrong, not all Britannia Pharmacy are bad. It's only from this branch.

Great Service, open till late even during public holidays whilst all the other pharmacy closes early.

I called today to make an enquiry over the phone, regarding a certain medication and if they have it in stock. The lady on the phone was helpful and patient while I was looking for my NHS number. I'm very pleased with the service I received over the phone.

This is one of the worst Britannia Pharmacy. All the counter stuff are useless. Every time I go there to pick the medicine than they can’t find the prescription while it’s seating there. The staff doesn’t look it properly. I always go there to pick up my medicine when I receive the text and says it’s ready to pick up and still all the staff can’t find my prescription. They need more training. Also, last 6 months they are stealing my medicine. Always half of my medicine is missing and I reported once and they said just open and double check it. Why I’ve to open and double check it?? It’s your job to give my medicine. I’m going to change my pharmacy because they are not the right pharmacy. I always running behind of my medicine because I always receive half of my medicine. 👎👎👎

Good service, the opening times can be a bit weird on certain days when you'd want to pick up a medication but minor and the staff are friendly and on-hand. Usually not waiting too long though and its easy to phone in advance if needed. Parking nearby in a side road and good bus links.

Due to Covid-19 Dr prescribed medication to be delivered to my home. It prescribed on Saturday 8 January and today it is 11 January and still waiting for my medication. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible staff.
