Excellent customer service, staff very polite & informative. Have a range of advice & medication to suit almost very need. However they do have a tendency to close 10 or 15 minute early daily :( xx overall they are good.

Absolutely terrible service, returned 4 times in 9 days to collect prescription still unable to dispense. They dont care, they breach confidentiality, unwilling to help & rude. They refused to give me back my prescription so i could go elsewhere. GP issued another urgently as i had no meds & another chemist dispensed straight away. Saying you have trouble with the suppliers is an excuse. The meds are common & easy available said my new pharmacist. Shame on you Cairns, dont go there ever!!!!

Pharmacist extremely rude. Appreciate these are difficult times, but made it quiet obvious she didn't want the trouble with dealing with surgery from different area. I am carer for my mother who now is recovering from 7 weeks in hospital with me. I nearly lost my mother - I can do with out extra stress from rude people!

Honestly the worst chemist I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They are all clueless. Customer service is non existent. Terrible. Given the wrong medication multiple times and the chemist had the front to say “well the boxes do look similar”. Jokers

The worst attitude from a pharmacist ive experienced. Purchased a wrist support for Carpel tunnel. Realising i had purchased for the wrong side, took it back and the assistant happily exchanged it. I was then given another so went away happy. Got home to find it was the wrong size! Once again went back to be refused an exchange. Not my fault i was given the wrong size. Waste of £16.99 AVOID go anywhere but here if you can

Where no place, GP, Tesco, Boots, could offer this safeguarding person an +65 flu shot Cairnes had it and ready to jab me as a walk-in client! Kind, efficient, distancing seating area carved out in their vast floor plan. Thank you!

Disgusting customer service, all of the girls on the phone are RUDE. Constant errors from them, never getting the correct amount of medication, couldn't imagine how extremely vulnerable people manage using this place, absolutely vile, they don't care about anyone or anything.
