Very poor service;
Staff are good but unfortunately if i don't get meds on time how can i give nice review
Staff needs go improve how to deliver meds to patients ; been coming back & forth and always issues out of stock
Its a pharmacy so it should order in advance
Being myself as NHS worker i don't have time to come & go every day
Hopefully things will get better soon
Management will take action

Rude, arrogant, disrespectful unprofessional staff, very poor customer care. even though they have the till to do the math for them they still get it wrong, or was it deliberate to mug me. Extra cash for their pocket and cigarettes. No info on the Receipt other than the total price and how it was paid was absolute joke. No policy displayed anywhere so when you try challenge them it's whatever they want to say. Oh and by the way they never have what you actually need in stock. AVOID at all cost! They need to be investigated I'm sure they will find all the wrong illegal things they are doing.

It started off heaving but by the time I left it was almost empty as I went in for a prebooked seasonal covid 4th jab. It hurt and I had a bruise still 9 days later. Staff were friendly and considerate and respectful.

Excellent customer service , very helpful and very polite. The pharmacist explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful could not fault him .

i visited this pharmacy last week, they are very helpful staff and all members specially kaana, some people gives bad reviews about a particular person from their point of view without knowing anything about that person so just ignore them.

Kaanna is a gentleman. Very good service.. I was very satisfied with his demeanour. Will definitely recommend him. 🙂

Use less , dirty. If your cal they disconnect. No respect. In future no more repeat prescription from them
