Hopkins Pharmacy

Best pharmacy I've used would be reccomending this to anyone in the local area very quick to sort the medication out. Never had a problem with them.

One of the worse experience. I bought some medicines through NHS prescription and after payment when asked for the bill/invoice to be able to submit for insurance, They outright rejected my request. I insisted asking them it as customer right to get a bill, but i was denied rudely and asked to go away and complaint. I dont know where to complaint about this as my insurance company will not reimburse it without bill.

Today I phoned 111 as had run out of medication and Boots only received the prescription on Monday and could not do anything. 111 told me they will make a prescription to Hopkins Pharmacy London road. I then went there unfortunately there was no medication but what was amazing the Lady decided to find me medication from other pharmacies which boots failed to do, there was that concern for my well being. The lady couldn't understand why boots were unable to help me so she phoned them and miraculously boots had the medication. Without the kind staff at Hopkins I wouldn't have got my medication. I am now switching from Boots to Hopkins.

Excellent pharmacy. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Probably the best one I’ve used to be fair. Much more efficient than big Tesco. Highly recommend.

I went in this evening to get some steri strips after cutting my eyebrow area at work, the pharmacist very kindly offered to patch me up, after being turned away from three others in mid Sussex. Very grateful for such good service. Thanks!

Excellent, above and beyond customer service from Hopkins following a problem with Boots being unhelpful and unable fulfil my prescription for two weeks. I called Hopkins and they explained how to get the prescription returned to NHS Spine (database) so that Hopkins could retrieve and fulfil the prescription for me. Hopkins located my prescription and had it ready to collect immediately. I've now changed my nominated pharmacy to Hopkins.

Always a warm and friendly service. I just wish they were open a bit longer, especially on a Saturday.
