We have to give one star but wish we could select NO stars. The service at this particular pharmacy has gone downhill since Alpesh left. My husband ordered important medication over a week ago and they still have not got the items ready for him. He is diabetic and needs the medication but has been told they will try and have his items ready later today. He has now booked an appointment at his surgery to let them know how he is being treated. We will be changing pharmacies and will not recommend Lloyd’s health centre pharmacy. There were other customers in this particular pharmacy, in the long queue, which was going out the door, also complaining about the service.

Slow, disorganised, lunch closure varies so you never know when it’s open. Small shop so you have to wait outside in all weathers often in a long queue ..heavy swing door so unsuitable for disabled. Moving my custom elsewhere.

Stood waiting to be served feeling very invisible for over 5 minutes whilst 2 staff looked at me but Completely ignored me. Finally got served when I asked if anyone was serving.

Poor communication and lack of pharmacist. The pharmacist is always ill and never communicate with his staff, leaving them stranded and dealing with angry customers who urgently need medication. Myself and my husband are down with Covid, I called the pharmacy yesterday and paid for delivery to happen today. I have been waiting all day, then I had to call them asking where my son's formula is as I paid for delivery to happen today, if they had just called me and explained they don't have a pharmacist on duty today(and I would have understood about the weather). I am now stuck because they are also unable to deliver tomorrow. I have sent an email to complain to their head office as this is unacceptable!

Absolutely appalling service!! Rude staff….you can hear them talking about you whilst you wait!!! I just went for my sons medication and they told me I had to wait 2 hrs even tho it had been sent two days before I still didn’t mind waiting but for her to then say “we don’t have it” and giving me no other option or no explanation as to why they said they had it and to wait two hours I think is disgusting service!! Go else where if you can!!!!!! Not one person smiles in there…miserable ladies! Like it’s our fault they don’t have appropriate communication!

Don’t use at all!! Absolutely useless company never open alway shut now got to collect my medication else where !!!

Awful pharmacy. Fingers crossed they close down & are replaced by a better run company.

Is it ever open??? I do understand staff shortage but now it’s because of delivery? Temporarily closed. Few attempts over the week and never successful! Sort this pharmacy out finally.
