I have used this chemist for years now and they are always so helpful, particularly the main pharmacist who has always done over and above with sorting out my medication. Nice to feel that a business genuinely cares for a change 😊

Nearly ever time I go to this pharmacy the excuse is always the same "your prescription hasn't been sent through"!. Well today I even had proof and they still blamed my doctor.

Whilst in there, there was an number of other customers getting the same response and having to do the same as me and return back to the surgery for the paper slip.

At what point will they listen and except that their system is the common denominator? Every doctor or prescribing nurse can't all be at fault here surely?

Well, after nearly 40 minutes of faffing around and getting them the paper slip I still only came away with half of what I needed. I have used this place for nearly a year and it's always been the same. No longer will I use this pharmacy.

Will not answer the phone. I've been trying to call since Tuesday to find out why my prescription which I have paid delivery for has not been delivered, but they will not answer the phone. I am housebound and cannot get to the pharmacy.this is ridiculous and very stressful.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Been trying since 9am it’s nearly 1pm now and still no answer!!!

Always had a polite and friendly service from the staff here, never any problem in the 33 years I have used them as my go-to pharmacist.

Appealing service when you don’t answer the phone and lock the prescription on the system so can’t go anywhere else.

There's on horrible girn name Hannah that work here called me rud and come outside to kick my head in simply because they got it wrong didn't give me my medication I went to collect. I protested then they found it. This Hannah have no respect then she said don't come back how dare her I've been going there for 10 years. Give her a wide berth.

31 bridge street pharmacy Loughborough has the most amazing staff and pharmacist. I couldn't recommend this Lloyd's enough. Lloyd's 19a bridge street (opposite limehurst school) is awful. Thank you Lloyd's 31 bridge street for everything. You guys are amazing x
