Very helpful and professional - exactly what a community pharmacy should be

I've had the displeasure of visiting this pharmacy and dealing with the male pharmacist in his 20s or 30s and now it's time to say something. He is without a doubt, the rudest and least professional pharmacist I have encountered. I've heard negative comments from other people in Beeding and after dealing with his appalling attitude, I can see what they're talking about. You just dispense medicine medication, you're not Jesus. Sort out your attitude before you talk down to the wrong person and get the reaction you don't want. I have heard of people brought to tears by him and his refusal to give prescriptions directly to patients. Avoid like the plague and go to Steyning or Shoreham.
