Convenient location for a pharmacy, but as Tesco has it's own pharmacy counter this is a strange location. Have only used this place when I couldn't find what I wanted within the supermarket. Staff have always been helpful and polite, so they do make it worthwhile on the occasions I have had to use this place.

Sent an email to their head office asking questions about changing from my current pharmacy to this one. Email acknowledged , but still waiting for a reply 12 days later. Am not impressed,and am taking my business elsewhere.

OMG!!!! Im outraged as today my mother who is suffering with a medical condition was humiliated infront of everyone. Im appalled by the women who spoke to my mum badly. The women was about 5ft 8inchs with straight brown hair, if you see her stay away as shes nasty and horrible

Absolutely useless customer care 0000 they couldn't find my prescription and when they eventually did (I should have checked) got home and was wrong tablets i then was working away the next day and was unable to go there before i left, so I was left with 1 VERY important tablet so then had to call doctors again and waiting on the phone for my next available receptionist (which took as long as you can imagine) i could have done without and had to get them re prescribed to a pharmacy near where i was working away!!! Definitely would NOT recommend, incompetency in this very important establishment is dangerous!

What a joke.Called at 9am to make shaw my prescription was ready so i didnt have to wait as i have a trapped sciatic nerve. They said yes and it will be ready and waiting. It was not ready so i had to wait in agony for 20mins This happens every time we call to ask to have it ready. They say yes and its never ready. This has happend at least 7 times now. Me and my family will not go back hear now. Compleat joke

Always friendly, helpful and extremely polite, I've always had good service when ever ive visited this pharmacy and even let me in just as they were closing so I could pick up some very important medication and they didn't mind that they had to wait for me to pay for my taxi, I was so grateful for them for doing that for me because it was really really important medication that I needed that day, if you go in with a smile on your face and be polite you will get excellent service, they've always been good with me.

Had to collect a prescription but was sent to the wrong store but the lovely ladies in there contacted other store to have the prescription sent to them and was able to collect within minutes
