Excellent service. Particularly by Carole who investigated a delay in dispensing. Informed me by text of the reason, resolved the supply problem and kept me informed as to availability. Thank you and well done Carole.Trust the pharmacy manager will pass this recognition on to Carole.

I have experienced problems every time i've used the pharmacy, txt's msg's to collect prescriptions and they are not ready when i arrive, and long queue's so obviously under staffed.Big thanks to Mel who used her break time to sort out a problem with my prescription, she deserves recognition for her compassion and kind heart. Thank you MelMel.

Absolutely awful. Pharmacist was rude, unhelpful considering the standards they’re supposed to uphold as a professional. Had an AirPod in his ear constantly rolling his eyes. I understand night shifts aren’t great however you chose to be there. Could’ve slapped a smile on it just for the patients👍🏼

Tried phoning numerous times to chase up a script they've had for 3 days. No one answers and no answer machine facility. Shocking service.

Used to be a good pharmacy. The last few months have been dreadful. Taking 4+ days to do a prescription after the Gp sends it through unless you go in and ask for it and queue for 45 minutes! Can't call them as they NEVER answer the phone. My GP sent through a prescription this morning, my other half went to collect it after work to be told they hadn't got it. Then had to call the GP again and get the barcode and go back again, then they "found" it!
I can see there's numerous people leaving negative reviews, it's about time management sorted it out

Tried phoning but they keep hanging up. Have been back there three times now for a prescription which they keep saying hasn't come through. I would call to check, but... Avoid this pharmacy

Every time the service is terrible at the pharmacy counter. The counter is clearly understaffed, and the staff that are there hide around the corner ignoring queuing customers, it then takes them ages to dispense medicines.

Great service and helpful.
