Helpful and lovely staff, a personal touch. It does get super busy though - a credit to their great service - so leave time for the occasional wait. There's a reasonable range of items to look at while you wait and they also seem to have an emergency assessment room although I've never used it or seen anyone need it. The happiest pharmacy I've been in for many many years and very good at their jobs.

I went twice to collect my prescription without success - they blamed their recent failure on the tube strike: get out of bed sooner and be at work on time please, everyone else have to! I am waiting on a fairly standard repeat prescription for two weeks. Avoid.

Very helpful staff but silly and bureaucratic magement. Purchased malaria tablets but needed a refund. The kind gentlemen informed me that they need to get in touch with management as they require a code to complete my refund. Thankfully they managed to contact their managment swiftly but apparently a 4 digit code for the card machine could not be given to them over the phone and it would be emailed the following day. Really frustrating experience as I patiently waited for about 15-20 mins. Shame because the two gentlemen were great.

Old black lady in there is despicable. Rude, kisses her teeth, acts as if everything is a chore. Your job involves helping people. If you can't do that she shouldn't be working there or she needs to find something else.

Male pharmacist was polite and helpful and covered for his terrible colleague.

Not helping customers, they trying to just sell their goods.
Thats not good moral.

Do you like queues? Do you like queues with no seeming end? Do you like queues outside only to find out when you get into a pharmacy that the dispensing pharmacist (the only person who can give you medicine) is on lunch at 5pm and that you should return in an hour? Then Borno Pharmacy is the pharmacy for you! Every day is full of surprises, including their famous random opening and closing hours. If you're looking for all this plus exceptionally long turnaround times for your prescriptions, even longer waits to speak to somebody on the phone and staff who don't seem to know what's happening or why then visit Borno today!

Been there yesterday and asked for daktarin 2% for athlete's foot. I got home and found out it was daktarin gel for oral use and for babies. I'm a 40yo man. I called and a lady said I could go back the day after and change the product for the right one. Today I was there and there was no lady. There was a guy who looked at me so suspicious almost like I was a homeless or a junkie. He was talking to me with a disgusted face. At the end he told me he couldn't swap the medication and I had to buy a new one. When I got home I've realised that instead of giving me what I asked for he gave canesten 1%. That's not as powerful as daktarin 2%. Anyway I couldn't be bothered to go back. All I know is they've lost a customer today.

My dad went to pick up a prescription for my baby, my dad (elderly) dreaded going there. The lack of manners and respect is appalling, dad said people are leaving this place. They casually do their work and extend the queues.
