I love this chemist and all the staff are very friendly and kind. They establish great rapport and their kindness alone can heal you from any sickness. I appreciate them so much and I've been getting my prescriptions for both my dad and myself for so many years not one issue has occurred. Keep up the good work J Lord 👩‍🔬. Kind regards Jemima.

The compassion and kindness from the staff at this chemist is the best of any chemist I have ever been to - they go above and beyond their job duties to make sure that patients and customers get the care and medicines they need.
I had an instance where my GP did not send out my prescription and I was going on holiday and needed it ASAP and the staff members here not only told me exactly what to do to make sure I had it on time and would not go without, but they also personally made notes on my file to make sure I would have it in time and remembered me and the situation and personally called me to let me know that my prescription was ready (less than 24 hours later!) and went through it with me to make sure that I had the correct medicine and the correct amount to see me through my trip.
I could not recommend this chemist enough - a huge, huge thank you to all of the staff members who work here :)

Amazing experience! Very professional and polite staff, fast action. On Saturday morning I had a prescription, went and called to Boots, Lloyd, Britcrowns , some local pharmacies- nothing, everyone said nothing we can do. However the
only pharmacist to help was from J. Lord's one. They helped to find the analogue, ordered for me and I got it on Monday afternoon, even earlier than I need it. This was very important to have them at all, and to have those medicines on time. You are brilliant 👏, God bless you

You have to remind them about your prescriptions, and you only find out there are missing items when you collect them, and when you complain they blame you the GP. This happened almost every month, for about 2 years. So I started using another chemist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

I would like to say that this is the place when everyone can get professional and outstanding service.
I know this Pharmacy and the Staff for so many years and I love going there. They treating every individual with respect and lovely smile.
Products wise- unbeatable, fast and trustful employees.
