Rude Rude Rude. Very poor customer service, no respect or empathy for sick people needing medication, more concerned about being short staffed and having to work harder. All very well telling me to order at least 7 days in advance, but my prescription was an urgent increased dosage, plus, I needed my inhaler as I’ve just had a bad chest infection, needing antibiotics and steroids, you had enough notice, probably 5 days. Said I was too poorly to go back again later in the day, so went the whole weekend suffering, as you close at 12 on Saturday and I never realised so my friend had a wasted journey.

BE CAREFUL!

If you use Lime tree pharmacy ALWAYS check the medication against the prescription sheet before taking it away

Personal Example -

My doctor prescribed me a nasal spray as I have sinus issues but once I got home to use it the pharmacy provided me with an inhaler instead!!
Luckily this was an obvious mistake but VERY dangerous if this was a mix up on pills!

4/11/22, I witnessed a complete breakdown in prescription collection today. The three persons in front of me at the counter were told that their prescriptions weren’t ready, after stating their repeat prescriptions were submitted 9 days previous.
As I listened to the back and forth of who was to blame, the queue was snaking out of the door.
As I was called to the perspex shield, I calmly ask for My prescription, the polite chap retreated behind the “ no man’s land “ area to search.
He returned to say no prescription is here for you. ( same reply to the previous three patients)
In shock, I asked what I should do, thus swiftly dispatched to the receptionist in the surgery, after queuing behind four patients before me, I finally stated my plight to her.
I was told to contact option 4 on the phone “ Medication team” to see if my prescription was in the “ System!”
So in my vehicle outside the surgery I phoned the option 4……..
A pleasant lady answered and I explained, she stated that they have not received my prescription request.
I gave the time and date that the script was placed in the black box in the reception foyer. She apologized and was very professional and stated that this would be passed to the pharmacy ASAP, and that if I return later in the day if will be prepared and available.
Thus returned at 4.40pm and on reaching the counter, to be told…..
“We have been very busy, it’s not done,
We will endeavor to get it ready in 30mins”
I could see that the staff were stressed and the queue deepening, so I took the written prescription , kindly thanked the assistant and travelled to another chemist.
I look forward to you sharing my experience with your management, it’s unacceptable and like many, I was left exhausted, stressed and frustrated that a fundamentally routine procedure was flawed and mishandled
Kind Regards

A complete shambles. Waited 45min for a prescription to be filled. Pharmacists not listening to counter staff, who were apologetic, and seemed not bothered if people wait for long period. When they found they had misplaced my prescription there was no urgency in sorting out their mistake. Poor service.

Only part of my prescription medication delivered today. Have been trying to call them all day either rings out with no one answering or says they are on another call. Absoloutly so frustrating . Used to be a good pharmacy but since it’s changed to paydens are not good at all. Having to put prescription for essential medication in 2 weeks before now.

Waiting 20 minutes to be served, in that time 2 other peoples prescriptions weren't ready, one poor lady had paid a cab journey to come and get it because she was out of medication. When my turn came I was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes even though my prescription had been put in 2 weeks ago. Just remember when you're ill due to the delays, "they're doing their best".

Would be nice if the phone got answered so you can check if your prescription is ready. Saves getting there waiting to be served only to be told come back next week. Standing in queue & the phone was still ringing with everyone ignoring it.

Lazy staff that want to close for lunch 1 hour a day and then say they want 7 days for prescription to be made.!!! New pharmacy needs to take over this doctor's surgery.
