Very helpful and friendly chemist. I have been going to this chemist since moving to Mill Hill 18 years ago, they have always been extremely professional and kind when asking for advice for myself and my family. Since the pandemic started I have been doing shopping for my elderly neighbours and the assistants in the chemist, who have known the ladies for sometime, always knows what they need, which is a huge relief for me so I don't buy the wrong thing!
I was please to see that they have put in place the obligatory face masks and perspex screens to keep us all safe at this time.
I really like that the staff are friendly and kind. Its nice to have this rapport in our community. Well done Care Chemist and Thank you.

I am delighted that such an establishment exits close to me. To receive warm and caring service is everything. Advice from the pharmacist on duty when necessary and honest advice from all the team if I am looking for a branded product and they know that something else does the same job but for half the price. Greeted by name and custom appreciated - that's what brings me back. Service is everything. Keep up the brilliant work. You really are a CARE chemist..xx

I am so lucky to have this chemist on my doorstep!

I have been going to Care Chemist for many years and it truly is the best out there.

Not only do they have such a large variety of stock but its their fantastic staff which sets them apart.

They always go above and beyond to make sure you get the care that you need.

And a special shout out to Justine who is the most friendly and caring person - a real credit to the chemist

I have lived in mill hill for over 20 years and this has been my local chemist ever since then and the staff have become friends. The service here is exemplary, the staff are friendly and always go the xtra mile, including dropping in prescriptions whilst we were isolating and phoning to make sure we were ok. There is really nothing they would not do to ensure you are looked after and all your needs are met. Apart from essential medicine and goods they also stock excellent gifts and skincare products.

I came into the shop yesterday as I needed something for a funny tummy. I spoke to one of the assistants, who gave me good advice. Sorry I don't know her name, but she had long length dark hair. She certainly knew her stuff, and asked me about my current medication. Not all assistants do that! She was very friendly and smiled a lot. I was visiting a friend, so I'm not from London. I would certainly visit again if I need something while I'm with my friend. Well done. I'm now feeling a lot better. Thank you.

To say the staff here lack an understanding of those with health concerns and their true needs, would be a sheer understatement.

I walked into this chemist in bad pain needing some Nurofen, earlier this morning. I was wearing a face mask below my nose, due to a health issue. I was then accosted by a very 'opinionated' staff member asking me to pull the mask over my nose.

Feeling awkward from this comment, and not liking the need to prove myself exempt (which I am), I still showed her my Freedom Pass, stating I was exempt, however still wearing it out of principle and concern for others.

Her retort was simple - "If you gonna wear it, wear it over your nose."

I could have taken the mask off at that point, if I was going to be contentious, and carried on using their services.

I quickly decided against this and made my way to leave the shop (I am refraining from calling them real chemists) saying - 'It's fine. Don't worry'.

I then heard the same woman shout over to the counter "Don't worry, then".

Thinking this was pointed at me, I said "I won't", as I left the shop.

The audacity of the response was incredible - "I wasn't talking to you!".

In effect, a chemist 'shop' so irresponsible, degrading and lacking in their understanding of those with health conditions needs to be shown for what they truly are, to the general public.

As a local journalist, I am curious to know if others here feel they have been mistreated by Care Chemists in this way? Just deciding whether I should take this further with the local MP (with whom I have a good working relationship) to reconsider their chemist licence?

Walked into this pharmacy, wearing my mask and being very careful to check how many people were in the store before entering only to be greeted by the rudest staff member i have ever encountered in any store. She was very hostile and told me to wear my mask properly even though i had looked in my reflection in the window seconds before and did not see any problems with my mask. It was on correctly! It seemed as though she spoke to me like this to try and drive me out of the store, well it worked and i wont be coming back as long as i live! I have never been spoken to in such a disgusting way in any other chemist. The owners of this store should pay attention to how many sales they make when this woman is on duty, i guarantee it is less than usual.

Went today to get a prescription. They didn’t have all three items so went to Boots and same story. Boots said they often cooperate with Care Chemist and are happy for Care Chemist to borrow one of the meds. Care Chemist refused to help and said they couldn’t possibly do this as they’re under new ownership and don’t have authority. They refused to check with the new owner as they said they wouldn’t call him on a Sunday despite me telling them it’s very urgent to get all all three meds. Appalling service. Should be called Uncare Chemist.
