Collected repeat prescription today. Got home and one item (of eleven) missing. Returned to pharmacy and was told item was discontinued and that I would have to request a new prescription. When I asked why I was not told when I collected the prescription they told me "they assumed I knew it was discontinued". How would I, they are the specialists and should be telling me. Not wishing to create I bit my tongue and left to order another prescription, at which point I found the doctors were not aware of the discontinuation. Net result - three trips to pharmacy instead of one. My time, my money etc.
Lloyds are in a prime location serving two surgeries. They need to take a serious look at their customer service ethos.

Once again stuck in a queue at 12:30 with 10 people all waiting for prescriptions which aren't ready to pick up. I was here yesterday and waiting half an hour and they couldn't get my prescription ready so came today and queue is worse. Diabolical service from this company.

Genuinely awful service. I went to the doctors a little over a week ago, where I was told I had a chest infection, I'm pregnant too. Went to collect my prescription for chest infection, they didn't have it. Have been in every day since and still do not have it. In a great deal of pain with a chest infection that could have been easily sorted with medicatio. I understand that they are going through some technical changes currently, but I can't help but wonder how people are getting more important medication.

Staff here are working non- stop from opening to closing and are having to contend with no end of verbal abuse just for doing their job. Please don't take your frustration out on them as they really are working flat out for their customers.

Had to give it one star as nothing lower available.
Terrible service, prescriptions never ready always got to go back or wait in horrendous queues. I understand the pharmacy gets busy but this has been going on for a long time and doesn't appear to be improving.

Truly awful experience on Friday 28th October. Like many recent reviews, it was terrible. First tried early afternoon but the queue was so long, I left and returned later. The queue was still horrendous but the medication was required (prescription had been in for 10 days and phone calls said it was not ready for collection for days). Whilst I was queuing many people arrived, looked at the queue and walked away. One unfortunate frail old lady joined the long queue and took a seat for an hour as someone held her place as the line crawled forward. She had picked up her prescription earlier in the day (similar queue experience) but the medication was wrong and she had come back to get it corrected. Whilst I was there there was a stream of people returning with prescriptions the pharmacy had got wrong. Eventually this group refused to join the long queue and formed a separate smaller second queue. One older gentleman who was in the second group was there all the time I was there and looked thoroughly brassed off. All the people around me were commenting on the lamentable service. There appeared seven or eight people working there, but only one or two serving customers. It did not help seeing a woman sat at a computer screen drinking tea and laughing with a colleague whilst customers were fuming a few feet away. The women working behind the counter appear new and untrained. The management of this pharmacy are incompetent and Lloyds should be ashamed to have their name attached to such a shambles of an operation that resembles an outpost of the Keystone Kops.

Brilliant staff, shops just a bit small for the amount of people it serves.
