The waiting time can sometimes be long for prescriptions but the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed. I went too collect my prescription today at 14:30 when I got there it was already closed. I fully understand that they must have been very busy. They had closed at 13:30. A hand written opening and closing times had been put in the window. Stating they would close at 13:30 on Saturdays.
I was told I would have to come back on Monday morning, and that the hand written sign had been in the window for the passed 2 weeks.
I have checked the Web site so expected it to be open till 17:00.
Can you please update you Web page. I'm sure I will not be the only person that was unable to collect their medication.
I would have collected my prescription this morning or yesterday if you web page had been up to date.
I have been staying at home as I have been advised so expected for a company the size of boots to have correct information on their Web site.

Went there for pre ordered flu jab. Clean, efficient and friendly staff. Plenty of parking, useful shops along the same parade.

I really only go to Boots to collect prescriptions. I can buy everything else elsewhere much cheaper.

Get the phones manned people need information. Staff must be availiable now we are not going out.

Awful patient care. Lost my mothers tablets that she can’t just stop, they found them 4 days later, did not apologise we had to call 111 in the mean time to get the tablets.
