One of the most helpful pharmacies. Great, fast and friendly services.

A bit small for its high demand of several nearby surgeries. Friendly staff but heard a few inappropriate conversations behind the counter, perhaps a screen would help. Definitely needs an extension of some kind. Also not a lot of parking but plenty of space to queue and wait outside at the bustop. Has bike racks and disabled parking.

No real complaints.

I have not had much need to use a chemist for prescriptions over the years but this was one of the rare occasions that I did need to... albeit for a prescription that was assigned without consultation, just based on what I told the GP receptionist on the phone. This did not fill me with confidence to start with, but to it off I think the pharmacist could have been a little more discrete.

Busy but staff are good

Extremely poor service. No communication Between staff whatsoever. I waited 33 mins for a prescription that was ready since yesterday. Prescription was ready and packed since yesterday but they don't communicate with each other effectively. The young girl at the front is extremely lazy and clearly doesn't want to work. It is the only surgery in the area with a notice on the wall " KEEP CALM AND DONT ABUSE OUR STAFF". Its there because of their bad service that can fraustrate people beyond their limit of tolerance. I did tell them politely that their service is just as bad as it was months ago and they need to improve their communication Between staff members
We have moved our prescription to a professional lloyds pharmacy, St Ann's way but unfortunately they didn't have one specific medicine and our GP sent an order to this unprofessional pharmacy. Avoid them at all cost.

Really fantastic staff and service each time I use them. They are so helpful and willing to help.

Had medicine delivered, took ages to find it. No social distancing and little mask wearing. Expected better from a pharmacy

The team always provide a friendly and really helpful service. They are always caring and supportive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
