As a pharmacy it is pretty poor as there doesn't seem to always be a pharmacist there when its open and their general advice even for something as simple as a prolonged sore throat is just to go to the GP. Making it little more than a pick up point.

Seems to be little knowledge or interest in helping.

Awful service. I shall not been returning. “Puppet” counter staff have been rude to me on more than one occasion when asking a simple question. Also out of stock of things frequently. Waste of store space. Check out Sonichem on Monica Road instead.

Unhelpful. I would not advise going here.
Agree with previous reviews the advice is incorrect and unprofessional.

Generally unprofessional, staff usually hidden out of sight and avoid your attempts to attract attention. Served the other evening by someone wearing their coat, no uniform or badge, looked like they’d just come in to help out a family member working there. Convenient but that’s about it.

After visiting about 3 different chemists I couldnt find antibiotics for my daughter anywhere. They didnt have any either but they did ring around all over the place for me and managed to find a pharmacy that saved me some to go and collect! Thank you so much

Always very helpful team and make sure to order my medication as soon as possible when out of stock.

Booked a flu jab for my son. Had it booked for over a week. Got there no one knew anything about it. So waited 10 mins for the pharmacist to set up the vaccination. Was then told it can’t be administered as she couldn’t get on the system to register it. Absolute waste of a journey. Why have a booking system online of no one knows about the appointment.

Went into Lloyd's pharmacy today for my regular meds.
Whilst there i asked the friendly staff, Pharmacist Preena and dispenser Peggy to look at my infected thumb which I was treating with some cream from the doctor.
They said there was still a thorn in my thumb and sold me some magnesium sulphate paste
