Hampstead Heath Pharmacy, Travel Health & Vaccination Clinic

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this clinic! My sister, mom, and I all had to get rapid covid tests in order to fly to the US in less than 24 hours, and the clinic was extremely responsive and helpful with getting us our results fast. They answered my emails within minutes, and even replied well after midnight when I was having troubles with my lab results. They were fantastic! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy, where our toddler had a vaccination. The pharmacists were friendly and warm and I felt that they really lent a personal touch to everything, and that they cared. The pharmacist was so skilled and managed to distract my child away from the fact that he was about to be jabbed - he loves his new stickers, and the vaccination is a bonus! :) We will definitely return again soon.

Excellent service on travel vaccinations - thorough review of requirements which were all explained clearly; 1st appointment available very quickly & followups all scheduled at convenient times, & I have never had to wait when I arrive. Helpful advice on insect repellant options too. Also prompt blood testing to check if vaccination needed & quick results. Very competitive prices. Very efficient, friendly and helpful.

I have worked across the stall from here and have known Kamlesh Patel for over 4 years. The man is known for paying people to write good reviews here but in reality he is an obnoxious individual who buys second hand products that are over the expiry date and sells them in this pharmacy. My nephew had a severe rash from using one of these products and when confronted he had nothing to say and didn’t even offer a refund. The next day my wife went in and saw the labels of most of the products pasted over with a fake expiry date. I’m in conversations with the local council about how this has effected us and what can be done to put a stop to this. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Grrrr… Went to pick up a prescription from Royal Free due to my allergies and was treated disgustingly by the owner. Old man seems to only cater to a certain type of person there. He seemed very off for no reason and to top it off overcharged me for the medicine when the price was clearly on the package.

I recently had a TB skin test (Mantoux test) done at Hampstead Heath Pharmacy and I was very impressed with the service. Mahyar Saremi was friendly and professional, and the process was quick and easy. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a very good experience with the specialty pharmacist at HHP. I brought my one year old in for a Chicken Pox Vaccine, and for the first time ever he had a jab without shedding a single tear! Somehow, the pharmacist made the shot completely painless. :)
