Friendly service and helpful even added me to delivery for a while as I was unable to collect. Collected my prescription yesterday took advantage of the air conditioning for 5 minutes and had a chat with the staff as it wasn’t too busy as they chased up one of my items, always a pleasure to go in and see Ticca, Khan, Sarah, Jack and all the others.

Called up very late at night and spoke to a really helpful member of staff and thanks to their opening late was able to get my son some medication. So grateful and the gentleman I dealt with was brilliant. Thank you 😊

Just called in at 10pm for advice on my wife's toothache. We needed some help given the lack of dentists available these days! Great customer service - for a change the guy was genuinely interested in trying to helping me.

Shocking. I have been in this chemist this morning for 2x prescriptions. The person who served me was fairly rood saying the prescription wasn't ready nor could be ready any time soon, I said I needed it today, she then located it and handed it over but before doing this was shouting the items on my prescription across the shop to other members of staff for all to hear. What is on your prescription and your personal details are confidential and not for all to hear. Made a complaint regarding this and won't be returning.

Went in wanting advise and some guidance and got belittled and told there was nothing wrong. Very rude service won't be going again. Made me feel silly and uncomfortable.

I want to thank this little gem of a business for coming to Bolsover. They are so helpful especially when getting certain prescription items that maybe harder to get, they will try to have them in the same day or the next. Their prescription review service is excellent too and has flagged up some important issues we have managed to solve, Also their opening hours excellent for working people. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful and very informed.
