My tablets are never ready even when I have ordered my prescription online one week before. I end up waiting up to 20 minutes each time. Often prescriptions have tablets missing, I am always asked what tablets are missing off my prescription and am loathe to say that it is morphine, as there are often young people waiting for their medication to take for substance abuse. I am always told that I need to collect the prescription for the morphine from the doctors surgery, each time I explain that this prescription is sent through and does not need to be collected and each time they argue with me until the actual prescription is found on their computer. I find the staff very unhelpful and have decided to change to a different chemist to collect my prescription even though i will have to walk further to collect it. Lloyds you need to address your counter staff attitude and courtesy to members of the public as I find them offhand and dismissive.

I've been coming here for 5 years now. Today my wife and I had our flu jabs from a very polite and friendly pharmacist.

However, I witnessed the store manager helping an elderly lady get her prescription sorted out. The lady was obviously upset (a recent bereavement) and had other issues other than her prescription. The manager sympathysed, calmed her down and went way beyond her job and offered to deliver her medication on the way home herself!

I never see the level of compassion and service anymore, I can't praise her more highly. Well done to the manager.

Because of an heart problems I need my medicine monthly. It is repeat prescription and the last few months have been a disgrace. Their staff don't communicate and it's the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If I were you I'd find anywhere to go, it's bound to be better than this. Slow and lethargic service and total lack of customer care, leave this place at the bottom of the barrel. I have been there way before Covid and they just keep getting worse.

I'm afraid I would never recommend this chemist to anyone I'm apauld at the treatment I've received over the last 4 months and the way I've been spoken.is disgusting. the amount of times items or prescriptions have.gone missing is unbelievable. 4 times I had to chase 1 prescription up to told it was done but couldn't find it. left there 20 minutes to be.told it was lost. the way I which.i was spoken.ro and shouted at is unforgivable. I've taken it up with the doctors and I'm taking my complaint to thetop

Shut in the middle of the day.
Yet gain having problem with not having a pharmacist on site.
When they are open very busy but also slow to Dispense Medication.
I now ask for prescription to be give to me in my hand rather than have it posted to Lloyd's the service is absolutely rubbish. I am not the only person to post a bad review.... Do thing about it Lloyd 's there are better Chemists and pharmacies in Leek I advise people to use them! If there was a zero rating you would get it!

We have once again gone in today to rude staff
I have finally had enough in the past I've been accused of picking my medication up when I know I haven't only to have a member of staff knock my door at 6.30 ish of a evening and apologise.
since Donna is no longer there the place is worse then it could ever of been I have now moved to leek pharmacy queen's drive and find it a far more professional team fountain street chemist is unbelievably unorganised and Chelsea the young lady who works there very rude and there are to many good chemists in leek to put up with that behaviour.

I have to visit regularly on behalf of my mum & though the staff are generally pleasant there is always someone in the queue who is having a battle about their prescription either not being there, or not being ready or not being correct. The doctors is literally spitting distance from the chemist - how hard can it be? I was on the receiving end of this today when following a telephone appointment with a doctor and finding an item missing from mums monthly collection of medication, the good doctor from the pharmacy told me to just pop in & have a word with the girls in the chemist and they would sort it out🤔Ready for battle, as I knew it would be, the nice girls in the chemist said they couldn’t sort it out, I said, the doctor told me to come in & you would sort it out, they said no you will have to go and ask the doctor to sort it out. I worked in customer services for almost 40 years & I know the public can be painful but the biggest lesson always was, do not blame the customer, you don’t know what pressures they are under today, just politely explain what the problem may have been, apologise even if you don’t think it’s necessary & then sort it out for them. Obviously none of the above happened & I trotted the few steps across the road to sort it out myself. Apparently said tablets should be available at the chemist tomorrow……..watch this space !!
