Tesco Pharmacy

I can’t praise all the staff at the pharmacy in Durrington highly enough! Always very helpful polite and reassuring even if there has been problems getting a prescription due to recent shortages they do their utmost to help!! I have never had a problem with my repeat prescriptions, I always get a text message which is so useful!!

Great friendly staff. Very helpful. But nearly impossible to get an answer on the phone. This needs to be improved 👍🏻

Asked my daughter to get me some cream as I was unable to get out. They refused because she didn't know the intimate details of my health. This is ridiculous, why should she know. The normal staff weren't they sadly, as Tam, shaunna and mandy are fantastic. New staff are rude

They often forget to text when a prescription and have twice lost my prescription despite texting to say it's ready. Have left 5 days not to run out and now 1 days medication left! Upsetting and inconvenience especially as their fault leaving my in excruciating pain. Useless.

Shocking. Doctors sent my prescription at 3.00pm my mum went at 6pm as i am so poorly and was told its not ready because it wasn't a priority bearing in mind I'd gone the whole weekend not being able to breath and now have to wait till tomorrow! Everytime have rang was cut of as well. Everyone should be a priority. I have been given steroids and anti biotics because of how bad my breathing is and like said now have to wait another day joke.

I've been using this Pharmacy for a few years now & cannot praise them enough. They are friendly, polite & knowledgeable. They're very helpful & nothing is too much trouble for them. They get the prescriptions done extremely quickly too. No matter who it is, you're always greeted with a smile. Everyone here is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for always providing an exceptional service!

Shows wrong opening times on the internet. Unable to get through on phone to ask questions. Frustrating!!

My wife went to collect my tablets today 31st Jan which the Pharmacy agreed had received the order from my doctors on the 29th Jan.
They told her that they had been collected on the 29th which we did not.
So doe that means they must have given them to someone from a different address?
