Pleasant manner, happy to help, great location next to the doctors.

The staff there are quite helpful and very knowlegeable. Briliant place to get medication or make up.

Very very slow. Staff lacking manners and sense of urgency.

It used to good but lately it has gone downhill. Prescriptions not ready surly staff members. Such a shame.

An absolute joke.... 307 calls between 4:30 and 6:30pm for the phone to start ringing at 6:30, conveniently when they've closed. Have been stood inside waiting for a prescription only to hear someone lie on the phone to a patient that there prescription was waiting for something. When infact it was there they just didn't know where it had been put!! Disgusting behaviour!

Absolutely SH@T ! Mandy staff very rude , very slow , the only reason I put one star is because you have to to review, definitely no stars !!! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Lazy staff, waited 10 days for my last medication, 4 times in 30 minute queue. Wasted time and nerves. Never again

Spend more time stood outside in the cold than you do in the shop.
Very slow service.
