Magrath Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

This is quite simply the best pharmacy I have ever used, and having a chronic illness from birth, I have used a lot in my life. Very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable, brilliant service, cannot fault them.

Always treated with respect, by the staff, nothing too much trouble for them. Delivered prescription yesterday, by a very pleasant driver.

I absolutely love this pharmacy all the staff are so lovely and polite and carnt do enough to help you! Would highly recommend 😁

Pointless having a phone that nobody answers, called the phone while in there and they all just looked at it and carried on doing what they were doing

Does anyone ever pick the phone up?

Totally unacceptable being lied to all day when you have been told that your gnt angina medication is out for delivery then come 5.30 phone again to be told if needed to go to chemist to get them now 6pm still none but worse was the fact the man I was talking to was laughing either with someone or himself it was very rude its not very nice knowing they lied all day regardless and didn't care about the fact a person hadn't got there angina medication

To the people moaning about not answering phones and delivery service and lying about staff members…….
This pharmacy is brilliant, people need to understand the pressures they are under now the gps aren’t seeing people!! You walk in this pharmacy and all the pharmacists will see you and discuss any problems, in fact if it wasn’t for Andrew Magrath I wouldn’t have been seen by my gp for my high blood pressure, and give these guys a break with the phone! It’s constantly ringing they try their hardest every single day!
