Poor. Cancelled my flue jab last minute and no notification so had to rebook. I spoke to customer service in the morning and they confirmed my appointment. No way to contact the branch direct as their number on the listing is wrong.

Staff hide behind a tiny partition, and are expert at avoiding eye contact.

Have to wait ages
Need more staff never have medication and always have to come and then again wait
