Cherrys Halfway

I am keen to support local business but am very disappointed with this pharmacy. I've just had a baby & my hands are bone dry from washing them all the time. I bought some Vaseline handcream from there a couple of weeks ago, got it home, squeezed the tube & it split at the top & all down the sides, most of the cream spilt out. I think it must be old stock because the plastic seems brittle & their price tag looks quite old. I decided I should return it as a matter of principle (not the £3.67) and today found a minute to go back to the shop. The manager refused to refund or replace the handcream without a receipt. The implication was that I could be lying about the date of purchase. I'm furious, but unfortunately I cannot find my receipt having gone home & had a good look. Who keeps a receipt for a tube of handcream!! So there is nothing I can do.

Anyway, suffice to say, the manager at this store appears happy to sell you old & unusable stock and not so happy to refund you when you realise! AVOID!

The staff on Saturday were very helpful and the young lady pharmacist went out of her to help my family and I , strongly recommend this pharmacy 👍

New to the area and new to the Pharmacy - incredibly kind and accomaditing. They understand people requesting prescriptions aren't well - and thus dont expect the Earth if you re having a bad day. A pleasure to deal with and will go the extra mile to help you.

Very rude unhelpful staff, unable to offer any support or show any willingness to help.

Moved to the area earlier in the year. We've got a little one and the stock and staff are excellent.

Pharmacist Wise, incredibly rude and unhelpful- avoid at all costs if you can.

Best pharmacy ever....the staff is so friendly and efficient, always have the prescription in stock.. Literally, a life saver pharmacy. Excellent customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
