I use the Cobham Pharmacy for my repeat medication and the service is simply the best.
Everyone is super friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble ever.
Even offering me and my parents a free delivery.
Ther service you get there is hard to get anywhere these days.

This is my local pharmacy and I’m so grateful for their excellent service and help, as I know how much pharmacies are struggling at the moment to deal with supply issues, staffing and demand. The head pharmacist, I think her name is Navneet, is truly a blessing -she is incredibly efficient, compassionate, and remembers the names of her regular customers, which makes such a difference as accessing NHS services can be such a daunting and confusing process. I’m happy to have this pharmacy as my local, and it makes a big difference to my life to see friendly faces when I pick up prescriptions. They all deserve a raise!

Huge thank you't to the lovely team at Cobham Pharmacy for being so helpful, and friendly and always remembering me and my orders (though, I would never expect them to!) and for going that little bit further to help in any way they can in situations such as a prescription not arriving in on time. Great service! Always go the extra mile to help where they can. I recently moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy and it was the best decision I have made, they are on time and always available to answer questions. Highly recommended!

Refused to answer the telephone: I waited 20 minutes on the phone, twice, trying to order my autistic daughter's life saving epileptic medicine. I then made a visit only to find the owner sweeping up and the other assistant sitting there doing nothing! This incensed me and I lost my temper only to be BARRED from the place! They gave lame excuses about the phone being flat and, " Oh, just found it!", followed by, "It's my phone; I do what i like!" .Great costumer care for DISABLED CARERS!! IS MY LIFE NOT HARD ENOUGH ?!!

Visited recently for the first time & was very pleasantly surprised at the great service I received.
The staff went out of their way to help me, even after an issue with my prescription.
