Polite staff , but never open until said time on web site of 7 o'Clock 3 days now without prescription because I get there at 6 due to work. Poor poor poor

Great service, staff always polite and helpful always go out of their way to make sure I get my prescriptions.

The service at the chemist is really very good I have no complaints and the staff are all customer friendly and are very knowledgeable

I usually have a good experience with service by the staff, I had been let down by my Doctors regarding repeat perscription, notification to the chemist. I called the Chemist today as I was unable to visit, as doctors had processed it, and family were working and unable to assist. The delivery person was inundated and unable to deliver any more, so I thanked the staff member and said I will just have to sort it next week This afternoon, a good knocking at the door, woke me, (as I am under the weather) one of the chemist ladies had come with my meds, during her break. Although the staff are always polite the delivery is appalling at times. My gp sent a script through on Fri, still not received by today (thur). I rung to be told that he didn't they were in stock!! Upon checking he said he might just have enough to fill my prescription.. no one thought to let me know or even the surgery know... he promised me they would be delivered this morning, again no show. I phoned late afternoon and promised drivers have to work until all delivered. Its now 9pm so giving up hope of getting them tonight it would seem!!, the gp gave them to me for a reason good job not life or death but serious enough..

As polite as these people are they are totally incompetent and never get there prescriptions delivered on time my mum is constantly running out of very important meds I have tried speaking to them and get no justification for as why. Or try and blame the doctors. I would definitely not recommend this chemist!

This pharmacy said in a phone call that they had the prescription and ready for pick up. When my Father got there to pick up his prescription..they said it hadn't been delivered YET 2 taxi fares wasted ...dont use this pharmacy it's a nightmare

Phoned Monday evening, now Friday and no prescription done. Now they're closed all weekend and my Doctors is closed too. Both ends claiming they haven't received anything.
