Stockwell lodge (the surgery opposite) is completely awful, so at least this pharmacy is a 5*! Always very friendly, understanding and kind in this pharmacy. Always very helpful and had great advice to follow. Such a shame it’s opposite the worst surgery in the country really

Ax is amazing. Always there for everyone. And knows what his patients needs because he takes the time to speak to everyone that walks through that door. I won’t call them customer’s because he treats us like patient. I would take his advice with total confidence. Ax has helped and been there for our family for years and would like to say thank you so much. Even just for asking how my mum is I know you care about the people that come into you every day. Always professional and helpful.

Could I respectfully ask that you review your waiting chairs. It would be so helpful if at least one of them had arms to help people who have difficulty rising from chairs. They have this in lots of waiting areas now and I do find it very helpful

They sending request for prescription on your behalf ...
and they always saying "your prescription medication will be ready in 3 days "
but they never follow up the request they will never call you back and saying that your medication is not ready
you will have to waste time and petrol to find out and follow up your self with your GP
And this scenario happened to me 3 times in ti's year so far

This pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. Staff (especially the pharmacists) are incredibly friendly and helpful - the service that they run is efficient and reliable every time. We have pharmacies that are closer to us but will continue to go here and make that special journey because it’s worth it. Thank you for everything Lex pharmacy. You make the process hassle-free and easy!
