Our local hospital sent a prescription to the bell Green branch we had a phone call from them to say it was in its a 20 mile round trip for us when we arrived they said they could not find it and we would have to come back it was if its not in front of there nose they could not be bothered I won't be using Lloyd's in a hurry

So my wife couldn't get her prescription yesterday because they couldn't print labels the tablets she takes she needs 2 take everyday to keep her alive and functioning so I go today the same issue the girl behind the counter just mumbled and was more bothered about her mobile phone her efforts to look for prescription was less than useless then comes back with you will have to come back Monday which I refused to do

Very nice staff. I popped in for a cream I needed and they were very helpful and informative.

This is my third day coming to collect the medicines for my 2 months old daughter, but the pharmacy is closed, with the sticker says we are opening certain hours because of the staff shortage.
My daughter is suffering, but they closed their door, making excuses for the customer. If you are not able to serve the client then why accepting the prescription.

I receive my prescription to this pharmacy. Every time I give them over a week to prepare my medication to be ready for collection. When I go to collect my medicines, it's never ready. They keep saying that their system is down " I mean commeon " every time?!

Called to try and find medication, the lady on the phone was really helpful. And tried to redirect me to a chemist who may have what I needed in stock. Thank you

I’ve just been to this pharmacy for my prescription and it was closed even though it said 6.30 not good enough

I would rate this a zero as the service is appalling. Customers can be left for an hour waiting for a prescription. You are just told continously that it won't be long. No explanation, just told to wait.
What are the staff doing? The shelves are always a mess, stock needs replenished. Is this place closing down?
This is the last time I use this chemist. My son had ASD and was told he had an attitude problem as he was having difficulty waiting when there was no explanation. If staff spent more time doing the job they were paid to do and not laughing and chatting then there wouldn't be irate customers.
