AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! There is a particular young lady that thinks she can be superior to patients and a few more in front line like her. They are unwilling to help and RUDE especially if you go not to buy something but you ask for free medicine that you are eligible with all your rights. I have checked with another pharmacy and asked about procedures so I found out that the staff mislead information to make you leave the place without making their day harder by preparing your medicine. I have been using this pharmacy for years and never left the place feeling good and it is absolutely my fault that I haven't changed my register to another place because of lack of time. Today was the last drop! You are there to help not to make people's life harder! F A Strange Chemist yes you are really STRANGE - Rude and SUPERIOR to your patients! Shame on you! You don't deserve even 1 star!

One of the most efficient pharmacies I've ever been to. The pharmacist is a lovely man and dealt with my query promptly, the young lad in the dispensary was very helpful. Thumbs up to everyone there keep up the good work.

AVOID. Abysmal customer service. Rude. Unhelpful. Dismissive.
I'd suggest having someone who cares about people on the front desk and is eager to help and solve the issue rather outright tell them they're wrong when they're not. It's mind boggling to me that staff working in health are so ignorant of customers' mental wellbeing and how damaging the way they talk to customers can be!

What an amazing chemist! I'm pregnant and urgently in need of antibiotics. My address is a little far but the lovely pharmacist put my health first and offered to have my medication delivered. All 11 other pharmacies I called didn't offer to help in any way. Its nice to know this chemist cares about our needs and understands priorities. Excellent service. 💙

The dispensing staff are really nice especially the lady with the headscarf and glasses. They are very helpful. But the man at the counter is rude and doesn't like serving customers. Pharmacist is ok. He needs to be more professional with his staff, e.g shouting at his staff in front of customers. Overall it's a good pharmacy

Rude and make you leave the pharmacy upset, theres a fine line of speaking to someone. Ive had issue on 3 occasions with different situations with the same female staff. Instead of trying to negotiate or understand towards the issue or before you are able to even say anything always speaks in a manner to pick an argument I'm not sure if it's genuine lack of politeness or just arrogance thinking nobody would say anything and she can speak to customers how she pleases. However pharmacist/manager is very polite and deals with the complaints or any medical enquiry in a very nice manner and has always apologises on behalf, he doesnt need to its not his fault.

Used to shop here regularly and have spent a fortune but will never go here again. The team are usually very nice but the lady today tried to guilt trip me for not wearing a mask by proclaiming she knew someone who died. She failed to see the irony when they're dishing out (now proven) dangerous vakscenes out of the back of the shop. Money money money....

Wouldn't advise at all. Get someone else on customer service. The main woman is unbelievably unhelpful and arrogant. Left there highly irritated.

Funny thing is I spoke to a friend once leaving there and she knew the exact character I was referring to. She's giving this place a really bad rep.
