Lloyds Pharmacy

The waiting times at the Lloyds pharmacy at the St Bartholomew hospital in London is appaling. About 40 min to hand in a prescription and 2 hrs waiting for collection!!!! There was only one queue to hand in and collect today, but there is no signage to say so, it is left to the customers to inform new customers. Very sick patients waiting for 2 hrs!! There was no organisation, people were angry, arguments between people waiting and staff. We have no choice to wait!!! Just awful!!

A sombre look on the faces of the guys in reception. No smile no life in them. There is nobody in que and still waited 30mins plus for boxed up meds that all it took was reaching out and giving it. I waited 2 hours plus many times aswell. Management sort this out. Its causing great distress to the patients. 5-10 mins in and out it should be.

Would put zero stars if possible as the service is so poor!!!
Have waited 2 hours in the past for chemotherapy medication.
Unbelievable, to say that they are part of a hospital. Disorganised, claim that writing your name and date of birth on a bit if paper and giving you a raffle ticket, is your prescription, not the electronic one that's been issued by a consultant oncologist! Obviously don't process prescriptions unless you sit and wait for hours!
They really let Bart's down.

There seems to be a problem with the whole system. The Drs send the prescription while you are in with them but when you go to collect it there are always problems and waiting times are ridiculous.

I had to give 1 star to make a comment but I would rate it a minus.

The staff are polite, it's the system that needs to be sorted.

There is a queue of people waiting to collect their prescription. All have waited over 40minutes. Awful service and this pharmacy is inside of Barts Hospital!

Really slow, usually one window open with a long line of people which means a long waiting time. Hardly see any staff at the front.

Extremely slow service. Waiting times 30mins even if only 2 people in the queue and my medication is already boxed up and doesn’t need any modifications. The other day I was here 9am and the shop opened late at 9.15am. I was the first one in the queue and still had to wait 25mins.

Dreadful service. Waited over 40 minutes for one item. I've seen very ill looking people struggling to stay upright why they are kept waiting. I really do think for a pharmacy within in a hospital they could and should do so much better.
