Very good shop I had foot surgery August 12th a couple of days later I visited this place for a splint gauge which the pharmacist she helped me to find the right one.

The pharmacist was incredibly rude and told me that I had to wait for 2-3 hours for my antibiotics prescription despite being in agony.
Don’t come here under any need. Go to somewhere who can help if you have an emergency.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy! Had me waiting 30 minutes with no explanation or apology whilst the only pharmacist messed around doing covid tests (whole queue of people!) Finally gave in when he asked his assistant to pass on the message that he would be another 30 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude. Go elsewhere.

Gave me someone else’s prescription!

Rude and very short mannered staff, high prices and very limited opening times.

This pharmacy is the reason I order my prescriptions online now.

Avoid this place if you can! The pharmacist is incredibly rude, unhelpful and incompetent (worryingly!)
The staff that work behind the counter are lovely and try to help and I feel sorry for them, that they have to work for such a horrible man.
They often don’t have the meds in stock (not a new thing, pre-pandemic it was the same. It’s been the same for years!).
My husband has health problems and has various monthly prescriptions. So many times they would not have any of his meds in stock and the rude pharmacist would just shrug his shoulders. He could not care less that my husband needs regular medication or he gets very poorly. We now obtain all our prescriptions on line and we get them every month without fail.
The pharmacy does not do what it is supposed to….dispense medication to customers!

Popped in to have a look around as it looked nice from the outside.

Lots of health and beauty products. Store was clean and tidy. Staff behind the counter asked if I needed help and I said I was just browsing and was left alone to have a look in peace.

A very rude man works here and his attitude is just disgusting. He was talking to other customers in a very abrupt manner. Maybe he was having a bad day but talking to customers in the manner in which he did was just awful.

I don’t like shopping in a place where I don’t feel comfortable. Sure to say I don’t bother spending money here.

Very horrible and rude pharmacist! When picking up a prescription for myself he decided to prove about they were for in front of the shop instead of taking me somewhere confidential. Recently tried to pick up steroids for my dad due to being very ill with Covid, they initially said they had no knowledge of the prescription which was a lie, I was told the previous day that they would be in. We then had to wait all day for them tell us they would not be in until the following day. The very rude pharmacist then decided it was appropriate to make a remark on how expensive the steroids were, never mind how ill my dad is and was in desperate need of them and that he’s paid his way to earn the rewards from the NHS. Very disgusted and disappointed in his behaviour. On a positive note the other workers are very friendly and helpful, however avoid if you can help it.
