Rowlands Pharmacy Ferring

This village chemist provides an amazing community service and has helped out on a number of occasions with my parent's meds when there have been some issues (that weren't their fault). The pharmacists are alway accessible and helpful, the delivery drivers friendly, and Grace, who arranges the blister packs, deserves a special thanks as she has been our "saving Grace" on a number of occasions 😀 Many thanks!

This is the worst pharmacy ever in my experience. The woman at the cashier is so incredibly rude it’s shocking she still has a job. She needs to improve her customer service skills and maybe crack a smile now and then. Or just stay at the back and stop spreading her negative energy to other people who are just trying to go about their day. Disappointing experience I would not recommend this pharmacy

These guys are always great however yesterday they were my knights in shining armour!! After a very wasted phone call with my doctor about my cluster migraine of 5 days my wife went down here to see what could be done. They listened and advised. Home my wife came with the tablets. The tablet’s definitely begun lifting the cluster migraine. Thank you so much for your help yesterday!! You’re great. 👍

Have used this pharmacy for the last 2 years roughly. Always helpful, friendly and efficient. For me the best I have used.
