Found staff very rude and patronising. Gave me a look as if she didn’t believe me when I told her about my problem with my eye. Didn’t even look at my problem she was about 12 feet away and just have me some eye drops. My friend with me also agreed that they was very rude and wouldn’t be going back there !!

The customer service (well lack of) is shocking. Today I went in again to be ignored at the counter while the staff spoke about personal conversations between them, then one staff member said to another "a lady is waiting" in which her response is 'yeah and'. I was too gobsmacked to even respond and I just wanted my medication and leave. I contacted management to be told it was 'banter'. I obviously don't understand the meaning of banter because I certainly wouldn't class ignoring customers, and being so rude out loud as banter but there you go. Wrong person in the wrong job role! Honestly don't go here, if you can go anywhere else. (Which they'll probably love so can continue their conversations)!

Visited and queued as per the sign in the window at 09.15 23/06/2020 - front shop staff (female) rude, unhelpful and drinking her tea and chatting to an acquaintance (customer) about the benefits they claim whilst I waited in line to collect my meds. I won’t be going back there; I have visited this pharmacy monthly since Nov 18 and every time I have encountered this same member of staff the attitude and lack of customer service skills has not got any better with time or experience!

Great chemists. Friendly staff and good service. I get monthly meds. Staff have always been open, friendly and have always helped me. I have faith and trust in the staff and appreciate their taking daily risk of covid to ensure I get my meds. They risk their lives potentially, so I can live mine! I wont forget that!

Attitude front staff women who shouldn't be in the job shes in will not be going back there again when u have mental health problems I shouldn't have to stick up with an attitude person

Very disappointed. Staff not welcoming at all. Not reassuring and not professional. For my daughter ear infection they pulled on her ear to make sure she had pain inside the ear and not inside. Not a joke.

Worst pharmacy staff ever, just been there waited to be served and nobody acknowledged that I'm standing there, they kept looking at me and continued looking at their computer, 3 staff yet not bothered to ask the customer what they need!!! And it's a pharmacy not a regular shop, so people are waiting might need medicine or urgent care! Then apparently they don't have what I needed and there was no emapthy AT ALL.
