Absolutely poor service from the old lady at front desk. She was very rude to me and did not want to help me at all. Flinging her arms up and did not apologise for being told a wrong answer by one of her colleagues. I needed to have my blood pressure checked at the pharmacy to collect my medication. They turned round and said no we can’t do that here (even though a colleague said they could earlier on in the week). They would not help me and said I couldn’t pick it up and would have to go to my doctors instead to order it there. The whole point of Lloyds online pharmacy is so we can collect certain medications at a pharmacy which I have already paid for. They just didn’t care and will never go back to them again.

I had a lovely talk with a lady on the phone yesterday, however when I went in the shop today I had disgusting service, the pharmacist was unwilling to help in anyway even with a phone call from my drs . Refusing to give me my prescription for no reason. And then left ignored on the shop floor for 20 minutes awaiting someone. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy with what I need as there is a issue with the medication I need.

With be avoiding this pharmacy in the future

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Supplied part of the prescription, handed the prescription paperwork back and said get the rest of it somewhere else. Found the item in another lloyds pharmacy some distance away. They refused to supply as this apparently is not how the system works. Now have to get another prescription and go back to the second pharmacy. They even expected me to return the paperwork. Huge waste of time and fuel. Never again.

The woman that served me was so incredibly rude and dismissive I was left in disbelief! I come in to collect an online doctor prescription, this really through them, we got there I the end, but it took all 3 members of staff.

If you are in pain or discomfort and are looking for a caring, helpful healthcare professional, don't go here.

What an appalling shop. My 90 year mothers med have run out again. She rings the shop twice to chase them, the phone rings so long BT announce nobody there to take the call even though the shop is open. When she did get through she was told it would be delived 3 Feb, nothing turned up. Someone went in this morning and was told it might get delivered today or tomorrow. I called head office, they called the the pharmacist who told them they prescription was recuved from the GP this morning, this must have beeb a lie as yesterday he said delivery would be yesterday. GP confirmed prescription was sent to Lloyd's 1st Feb. The staff are rude and have very little cocern rof anyone, my mothers comment was "its because i am old, they just dont care about me or anyone". This shop has been like it for years. Cant you sort out these issues once and for all. Thank you for making my Mother feel worthless.🤬🤬

I tried on three different days to pick up my prescription, and every time the pharmacy was closed due to lack of staff. Today it took me 90 minutes. This included queueing to get to the desk to ask about my prescription which had been faxed over by my doctors 10 days ago. Instead of just picking it up having already been bagged, The gentleman behind the counter said it just needs to be checked by the pharmacist. It was only on pressing the gentleman after about 15 minutes that he said he told me half an hour wait, this was not true and that The pharmacist was taking a break, And the 30 minute wait turned into 50 minutes. And after two people who came in after me waiting for the prescriptions got theirs, I asked the lady and she said oh yes it’s been bagged up and just handed it to me.
I have never experienced such a bad service. Needless to say I will never ever go there again. Got home and changed my pharmacy straightaway for collections.

This place is a joke they take all day to check your prescription and 9 times out of 10 don’t even have it ! Not even an apology for the inconvenience

I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. The limited staff try their best but there's always long queues, they make excuses all the time, never have specific items stocked and need to order in even when prescriptions have been sent days and up to a week or so in advance. They simply need more staff, better system and communication between gp surgeries. I've never had a prescription ready when it should be ready in over a year. Lloyds seriously need to sort this out, the amount of money they make im sure they can afford more staff to provide better customer service for those who require regular medication for their overall health
