Rohpharm Pharmacy

I had to pay for an emergency prescription since the repeat request that the pharmacy themselves put in didn't get processed in time, then when i went back to collect it I was informed that they were unable to provide me with the medication. I received no notice or anything and so was left without daily medication that I have taken for years.
I have now spent hours phoning different NHS phone numbers and going to a GP miles away from me that I have never seen before just to try and get a supply.

Best Pharmacy I have ever been to ! Pharmacist got knowledge more than Doctors. He takes his time and explains throughly. Pharmacy can be busy sometimes but service is definitely worth while. Amazing Travel clinic service. I always gets answer of any of my queries. Well explained, friendly and very disciplined staff. Would always go there. They always try to help for your needs.

Pharmacist very rude avoid at all cost just remember you can get you medicine to any pharmacy dose not have to be that one we have changed

Strange pharmacy, wouldn't recommend it. It took 15 minutes to buy Vitamin D over the counter, then they wanted to sell me a version that was going to expire in month (that was a better deal to them, they don't have to throw it out), and then the tablets that they sold me at the end was much more expensive than online (I think they didn't have a price for it in their system and made it up the price then and there).

Poor service. Pharmacist gave worst case scenario which was completely wrong, luckily I went to 2 more pharmacies in greengate who gave good advice otherwise it would have been 4 hours in A&E. He was also rude to his own staff while I was there and acting the bigshot, like he didn't need any more customers.

First-rate service and care from Mr Jignesh Patel, who provided me with a 24-hour monitor for my blood pressure. I highly recommend this pharmacy in Plaistow and the blood pressure monitor for anyone with cause to be concerned about their blood pressure. Five stars.

All of the team are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
The pharmacist Jignesh Patel is understanding and always helpful, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Five star service!
