Munro Pharmacy

A very good all round service. They're always polite and helpful whenever I've been there. It's not my local pharmacy for prescriptions but I always use their photo services. They have a good knowledge of legal requirements for visa or passport photos. The only time I have used their prescription services is when my nearest pharmacy are out of stock, I can be confident that Munro will have what I need. It's a bit difficult re distance otherwise I'd definitely go there for prescriptions too.

This is a well kept chemist the staff are friendly and have a very good knowledge of the products they have and are always willing to help and support you whilst you are in the shop. You will also have excellent service from this chemist

There’s been a constant quality service provided throughout my years of coming to this pharmacy (so my review is not from a bad encounter or bad day as some of these are) yet yesterday it was taken to another level. Ammara and Farhana were an absolute delight to speak with and the best was them helping me out with my medications and provide me information that I wasn’t aware of in order to get my medication cheaper. As an asthma patient and other health complications, a huge relief was taken of my shoulder. There were kinder than they had to be, more people like this and the world would be a better place. Accept my heartfelt gratitude 😊

I went to this pharmacy first time to collect my medicine. However I have decided to go to boots. Just because staff is so rude. I would recommend bosses to teach those girls some manners how to talk to customers.

I like their services. And last December before Christmas I couldn’t find my medications and no other pharmacy had that except that Eastham Munro. Just want to say Thank You. 🙏

I came here for a work visa photo and a passport photo and the photographer went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. He made sure everything was perfectly done according to size, changed my background colour to blue which is what I needed, and overall did an amazing job. The shop seems to have a lot of customers loving the photography area so this man deserves a raise or something for the amazing job he did.

Very friendly staff went there for a passport picture was very quick 4prints and a digital copy sent to my email only £6 which is better than getting the code to use online cause the code is only valid for 30 days whereas the digital copy can be used forever as long you like your picture 🙂
Was served by a man don’t know his name but he’s from the US very helpful the following day I went in as I was not happy with the picture which was my own fault (left my tie too loose) not to blame them at all there was an another Asian man who took my picture sent me a digital copy made sure I liked it and on top didn’t charge me at all ! 5* to the service and quality.

I received exceptional customer service from Reece today. Over the phone,he took time to explain the new procedure of collecting Covid Tests. (Mind you i had called 4 other chemist before hand and was rushed off the phone) Reece was very kind, helpful, thorough and very caring. He reserved the last Test Kit for me. As I got to the shop in East Ham, my phone battery died, and was unable to give him the code to collect it. He still gave me the Test Kit, and trusted me to give the code when i got home. Which I did. I've not had customer service like that in a very long time!!! Reece THANK YOU. YOU ARE a credit the the Munroe Branch in East Ham. God bless you.
