Picked up medications from this pharmacy around the end of November 2020. The pharmacist was curteous and professional and helped us transfer the prescription from another pharmacy's list to theirs (to help us pick it up) via NHS spine. Was very glad of their speedy and comprehensive service. 10/10

Rude pharmacist who clearly hasn’t dealt with anyone vulnerable or mentally fragile before, very condescending and patronising to the point I had to say sorry I want to end the phone call as I was crying uncontrollably as he had made me feel so worthless. I needed someone to care and help me, not to make me feel like I was incompetent and not worth helping. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone struggling with mental health unlike the nhs 111 website recommends as how I was treated was almost enough to push me over the edge.

Never have all my prescriptions ready, tell me they can’t get hold of it. All the other pharmacies have it Rude! Since all the usual girls are gone and pharmacist who managed lovely and always had a smile and so helpful the two Sarah’s and Joanne, The new one is rude and no one will pick the phone up. I have been getting my prescriptions for years and years and never had any problems. I am now changing to another pharmacy because of this. You will never get better staff than the ones who.have gone. I didn’t even want to give one star as they don’t deserve it.
Still waiting for my medicine which is late ! Again! And still not answering the phone!

Closed on a sunday, no staff.. what a joke. Another reason to not use this useless sainsburys.

I have been given the wrong medication or wrong doses of my medication multiple times, they didn't notice or even apologise. Overall terrible service.

Awful! Hospital sent me for an urgent prescription for my 5 week old daughter, because we arrived 15 minutes before they closed (we went straight from the hospital) they refused to dispense my daughter’s medicine. The lady was incredibly rude when I told her it was for a 5 week old child and an urgent prescription that had to be started on the day. I got told tough basically and they refused to dispense. Far too eager to go home than to do their job properly and serve customers who are within operating hours. Never been so disgusted with customer care. And even more disappointed at the attitude of employees who seem to have no care, in a care giving role.

Very rude to me on the phone, wouldn't let me talk. I'm trying to get Morphine at 9.40pm at night for a prolapsed disc and no pharmacist going to be around for 45 minutes.

The staff are amazing and are working under another of pressure, they went above and beyond to help me with a emergency referral script from 111.
