Amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Totaly reliable and helped me through some difficult times with my ageing father. Lovely staff.

Taken unwell, I had cause to visit Herman Pharmacy at Trident House. What a fantastic, courteous group of staff and a wonderful pharmacist who sorted me out. Thank you Mr Chouhan and you will now be our family's regular pharmacy of choice.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy doesn't deliver the medication on time even though a fragile elderly person depends on them and they won't even call to let you know. Also they would not speak to you or accept a complaint. Would not recommend at all!!

Friendly staff and fresh or long expiry prescriptions. Their supplier is better than other pharmacies in area. Long working hours

Excellent service, and a big thank you for getting my inhaler in so fast!!! Had tried numerous pharmacies but it was out of stock, went in with prescription and got inhaler same day, I so so happy and so relieved.

Went for COVID booster and had flu jab at the same time.
No hassles.
The place has recently been refurbished and looks great much bigger inside.
Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately recieved poor service from this pharmacy on 2 occasions. The staff failed to follow instructions given on the prescription written by the GP. Will be nominating a new pharmacy.
