Chislehurst Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

I´ve visited Chislehurst Pharmacy on a few occasions recently and have found the staff very friendly, knowledgable and always striving to provide the best service and giving the best advice possible.

The pharmacist always takes time to explain various treatment options and the various medication on offer. I think, like with your GP, having a pharmacist you can trust is very important, and with this in mind I don´t hesitate recommending Chislehurst Pharmacy.

Great to have this friendly and helpful pharmacy on our doorsteps instead of having to go to the High Street. I always ask for the doctor's surgery to send my prescriptions here.

Great local pharmacy. I have always found the pharmacy reliable with doing my dads prescriptions. Also used them for my travel vaccination, pharmacist was friendly, knowledgable and overall experience was great. Highly recommend.

The pharmacist that owns the shop is very rude and sarcastic and and the fish tank is is very dirty with snails and needs to be reported and I was always getting my medication in a dosset box and they would miss it up quite a lot which meant there my partner would have to drive I've me up to the pharmacy and she would have to go in because I would lose my temper overall a very rude pharmacist and when when my medication was due to be delivered on a Wednesday day every month sometimes I was told that I would have to wait untill the next day i am on a lot of medication and could not so now switched pharmacy to williams and between my partner and i we sort the dosset boxes out our self that old saying if you want somthing done do it yourself!

Almost rude and dismissive. I was trying to explain what the doctor told me about the item I needed and without listening to me or let me finish talking, the pharmacist kept challenging me. A message for the pharmacist…when you deal with people, first, you need to learn how to smile, second you must listen to and third, learn the manners on how to deal with customers even if you might think to be right. I hope that this pharmacy won’t be the only available if I ever need!

Awful service. Do not use this pharmacy if you urgently require your medication on a regular basis. Constantly told they’re out of stock and waiting for them to come in! Im sure they’re fine if you need the odd bottle of calpol or a packet of fishermans friends but please be careful if you rely on your medication being with you on time for the sake of your health!!
