Avoid like the plague. Initially couldn't find my prescription. Then lost it the next day. Despite having a note to check on delivery times didn't bother to do so and ended up having to get the prescription elsewhere, costing me 2 days without the medicine. Made no apology, and one staff member in particular was incredibly rude. None were helpful or sympathetic.

I had to call the pharmacy today to ask for some advice on my son having a very sore throat and if I was able to give him night nurse to help him having a good night sleep…
Long story short, the lady who I spoke to was super helpful and kind! Thank you

The least helpful pharmacist. How can I stand in front of you in distress due to an evident asthma attack and she’s telling me she cannot give me an emergency inhaler due to the fact that my last prescribed inhaler was 2015. I explained that I received an emergency one from boots in 2020 and there was no issue. She went on to tell me that shouldn’t have happen and she cannot proceed because there’s no basis to give me one. The fact is this, the need to regularly use my ventilator was not necessary until I needed it in 2020. The need has arose again in 2022. I had the empty inhaler on the counter. I was in distress, yet there was no basis? even though it was clearly on my records that I’ve been prescribed both blue and brown inhalers. Maybe if she took a closer look she’d realise the very big gaps between each refill. Ridiculous. Then she tells me to call 111 which we all know there’s no answer for more than 20 mins these days plus a call back from a physician, when the pharmacy was closing in 10 mins, boots ran out, and there’s no other pharmacy opened at that time of the night. Maybe if she wasn’t chatting on her phone she would’ve shown some empathy and actually been helpful. Now I’m gasping for breath waiting on a 111 physician to phone to prescribe me an inhaler so I can possibly fill it at a hospital atm. No one wants to be in an A&E during these times if it can be avoided. Nonsense.

Needed a covid home test kit before kids went to school. This place is supposed to be open from 7am. There's a Lloyd's pharmacy inside Sainsburys. Their website and sign outside clearly states the opening times on a weekday from 7am. Thing is Sainsburys has different opening times. It wasn't open @7am. The staff entrance was open and had a couple of people outside, none of which could tell me anything about the pharmacy. One staff member entering the building sarcastically suggested that if it was open, then there wouldn't be a barrier in the way. Not useful.
After waiting for 20 minutes (whilst staff were hanging around outside), another staff member approached, and took me through into the store. The pharmacist was behind the counter all the time! Ridiculous. After all that effort, they didn't have any test kits in stock!
