Go to a different pharmacy.

They've made medication errors, failed to order prescriptions, miss sold eye products which ruined my partner's last pair of contact lenses (even after calling and asking specifically if they had contact safe drops).

This isn't one problem staff member, they're all rude, don't care and I've been let down by them again and again over the last year.

Just go somewhere else.

They were very helpful and pleasant but I feel I've done something wrong they don't speak now Part from the girl called Sam she always has time to speak.

Absolutely useless people. My GP prescribed medication and a week later this people keep getting wrong or missing medication delivered. They are also do rude and wouldn't hesitate to put phone down on your face! We are now arranging to different pharmacy, if you thinking this people will serve you properly think twice as its such a waste of time. Be aware!!!

Competent and friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, have had to ring doctor a few times to check my prescription has been received, but my prescription is usually ready to pick up in a fair amount of time on the same day, so four stars.

I was having problems getting Tramadol because of a shortage, the Pharmacy obtained them for me quickly. Excellent service, very efficient and polite service.

The staff are really kind and courteous. I was struggling the find prescribed antibiotics for my son but with the help of the staff, found it here. Thank you Regent Staff

Great service I went to two other chemists and they didn't have the prescription that my wife needed bur Regent did thanks very much.

I had a good experience when I went to pick up some prescriptions. Service was alright and the atmosphere was welcoming.
